The Service, including its source code, design, and documentation, is owned by Epignosis or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you except the limited licence to use the Service as described herein.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Epignosis and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of €100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Epignosis and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
